Commitment: This ministry is part of a larger effort in the greater Cleveland area to offer temporary housing to homeless families. Our parish hosts several families for a week at a time 3 – 4 times per year.
A variety of opportunities are available during the course of the week such as cooking, serving meals, light cleaning, laundry, visiting and helping with homework. Volunteers sign up for specific times and responsibilities during the week.
Preparation: Some training is necessary and takes place prior to the week we are scheduled
