Joyce Needham
Principal
Miss Needham began her professional career in Catholic Education 36 years ago. With a dual degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Kent State University, she began teaching in the three Cleveland Catholic Schools. With a variety of coaching and teaching experiences, she worked as Multicultural Consultant for the Diocese of Cleveland. Pursing an Administrative degree from Cleveland State University, Miss Needham became principal of St. Patrick and St. Ignatius of Antioch Schools. She came to St. Christopher in 2006. In 2010 she celebrated with the teachers, staff, children, and parents as they were recognized as a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence by the Department of Edition in Washington, DC.
In her spare time, she reads, spends time with her large family , and enjoys traveling.

Mr. Ralph Reznik
Assistant Principal, Eighth Grade Teacher
Mr. Reznik earned his Bachelor of Science in Education from Baldwin Wallace College and Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Cleveland State University. He serves as the Assistant Principal at St. Christopher School and currently teaches seventh and eighth grade math in addition to eighth grade homeroom subjects. Mr. Reznik is also the moderator for Student Government. As a teacher, Mr. Reznik’s goal is to nurture students to extend their knowledge beyond what they feel they can achieve. He understands student learning styles can be different and often makes time to work with students one-on-one to provide learning opportunities.
Prior to teaching as St. Christopher School, Mr. Reznik was on the faculty of St. Margaret Mary in South Euclid. He also served our country as a First Lieutenant and Company Commander in South Korea. Over his career, he has received the Miriam Joseph Farrell Award for Outstanding Teacher, from the National Catholic Educational Association, for Region 6 (Ohio and Michigan), and his teaching was recognized by the Western Area Catholic Education Council for Excellence in Catholic Education.
Mr. Reznik and his wife of 40 years, Marilyn, have a married daughter, Dana Gerken, who resides in Auburn, Alabama, and Maddie, an English Springer Spaniel. He and his wife enjoy traveling the United States and especially taking cruises. When Mr. Reznik is not teaching or traveling, he takes pleasure in yard work and maintaining the family’s Strongsville home.
